Stick to those and you will begin to find better quality people to meet and converse with.

It's a little bit of work going through the countless profiles but do take the time to read them.  Reading about someone in their profile will give you a good idea of what they are like and a positive attitude will come through! 

If they don't have much to say or have not completed their profile at all, then take them to be one of the one' with a poor attitude and move on to the next profile.
